The food is actually very good, my food arrives frozen and fresh. Thats why Im giving them 3 stars. The 2 missing stars are because of the high calorie content of their meals and the price. They want you to pay more for custom meals and for beef. Overall I do use them from time to time but the price keeps me from using them more often.

meals are good, some obviously better than others. issue is i have sent emails regarding delivery being late and have yet to receive an email back. this has happened more than once over the past year during the times where i have ordered. a bit frustrating and unprofessional.

I had not been to Icon in Frisco in quite some time. I was pleasantly surprised by the employee at the front desk. His name was Chris. Super on point with all the questions I had and was very patient. . If you are in the neighborhood stop by and see this guy. Great experience. Store is very well kept. Will return!

I order by the pound with them for Chicken and Lean Ground Turkey. I received my orders quick. However, day 1 tasting the food was absolutely gross. Their chicken, just not even fresh, not even enjoying to eat. Their Ground Turkey, yeah what in hell is that..its super nasty, tooo thin, just horrible. Since day 1 ive been having to use the bathroom numerous times bc its not sitting in my stomach good. I always heard good things about this place but from actually experiencing it...im never shopping here again.
